Clean hotel in a new building next to pik avenue, the PIK Avenue shopping mall, and Airport. Amicable accommodating staff, favourable location to eating places. And really close to Mesjid Taman Wisata Alam.

We had a such wonderful time in this hip new hotel in Jakarta. All in all room was well-appointed and functional; also provided bidet. The restaurant served a great selection of meals for breakfast. The location was particularly good and magnificent, at a short distance from Masjid Tmn Wisata Angke. The area was nice. Btw, the airport was 0.5 miles away.

The location was perfect because it was just next door to a mall and airport, pik avenue, and many restaurants.

The breakfasts are marvellous with plenty of options.

We couldn't have asked for a better location as this hotel was conveniently attached to a mall with a variety of food options and entertainment. We loved the bustling neighbourhood and the cosy feel of our room. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the shower pressure was powerful. In addition, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The Swissotel Jakarta Pik Avenue is an excellent choice for a business stay. The premier king room is equipped with convenient amenities such as a flat-screen TV with cable channels, an individual safe, and a work desk. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from Bakmi Lamlo, a restaurant that serves quick orders.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. The location was convenient, with direct access to a mall. Our room was spacious and well thought out, and the super king bed was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We enjoyed delicious cocktails by the pool and a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant. The Spa & Sport facilities were top-notch and added to the overall luxurious experience.

Although overall, our stay at this hotel was fantastic, we did have a minor issue during check-in. The concierge initially tried to charge us for our room despite it being prepaid.

The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The bed in my room was huge and really comfortable, perfect for a great night's sleep. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the city, being easily accessible by airport transfer or taxi. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby.

My experience at the hotel was marred by a few negative aspects. the elevators were quite slow and during peak times, the waiting time was too long.

The hotel's location near a mall was convenient for dining options and shopping. The room service was prompt and the breakfast spread was varied. The stunning view of the city from the higher floors was a welcome surprise. Leisure facilities such as the gym and pool were well-maintained and enjoyable. As vegetarians, the hotel's menu had plenty of options catering to our dietary needs.

The Wi-Fi was spotty and unreliable during my stay.
